Hello. I’m Sandra and welcome to my website.  I am based in Brighton and offer Reflexology in Brighton & Hove and the surrounding area.

I am a Diploma Level 3 qualified and fully insured Reflexologist. I also have nearly 28 years of NHS experience as a nurse, midwife and health visitor.

I will aim to give you a deeply relaxing treatment that will leave you feeling calm and rejuvenated.

Through the power of touch, I will aim to restore balance to all your body’s systems, clear energy blockages and target areas specific to your health and lifestyle needs.

Whether it is with the hands or the feet, a reflexology session is beneficial for people of all ages and with all sorts of different health and lifestyle conditions.
